Planning
Sunday 30th April 2023.
Jørgen Møller Hansen, Triple Malay Stack; preparation, prior to being flown.
The stack was set up in a leisurely fashion and we then had to wait for the breeze...
Thanks to Marian Linford for the images.
We then proceeded to set up the Double/Single Eddy Stack, still waiting for the wind.
We waited patiently for the breeze...
The Double/Single Eddy was launched first and had to be landed and re-launched before the breeze reached a level where the Triple Malay launch could be attempted.
The launch of the Triple Malay was getting perilously close to our lunch time booking at Adriasol 111 so Marian went to let them know that we would be late!
Both stacks are remarkably 'well behaved' and we were flying them in close proximity to other kites.
We flew for a short while and then grounded both with the sandbags and top end lines and adjourned for lunch. The re-launch after lunch was very straight forward and the stacks flew for the whole afternoon.
Re-setting the Triple Malay after lunch!
Spreaders removed at the end of the session.
A compact roll of the Triple Malay...
