Helen Ribchester caught some images of the preparation of Eight Diamonds.

A sand anchor had been set first thing in the morning ready for preparation for flight later in the day.

It was with considerable trepidation that the Eight Diamonds kite by Jørgen Møller Hansen was launched in a fairly confined space but all went well...

The intention was to fly the 1997 Rev 1.5 design kites in close.

We did not ever get to fly the Revs with this kite in Jørgen's lifetime so our project is to do so as often as we can now that we are the custodians of his kites.
