Thirteenth visit on Tuesday 17th December.
Arrived at about 10:10.
Busy again so I was ready with the 50mm lens to get some general views.
I did go in close a couple of times but there was an evident impatience in the throng towards anyone lingering!

I did go in close a couple of times but there was an evident impatience in the throng towards anyone lingering!
I took another shot at getting the 'right' yellow with a slight green tinge... Absinthe was the model, apparently!
The brushwork shadows leapt out again...
...and then I went back to the beginning again!
...and then arrived at the end of the exhibition. I will go back for a couple more visits in January that are booked already but will probably just be 'looking' at the paintings. No need to say more, I think!
