It was very busy so today I just stood back and captured shots of the pictures in the throng. Next week I might take the 50mm lens rather than the 80mm one I have been using up to now.
I did check a couple of the image captures from last week and they were good but I need to do a slight adjustment to the yellow of 'The Bridge at Trinquetaille'!
I do like the 'Sunflower' paintings but my preference is for the more agressive painterly works where differentials are more clearly articulated.
Of the portraits I particularly enjoy the calm of the 'L'Arlesienne (Madame Ginoux)' paintings!
I did finally get around to buying the exhibition book today, a hefty tome to sit alongside the Tate Cezanne and Guston books!
